If you're looking for a decent Co-Op Tom Clancy game, maybe look towards The Division or Ghost Recon: Wildlands. The real charm of the game comes from playing Multiplayer in Casual and Ranked matches. T-Hunt is practically used as a shooting range for most players, or a way of starting out by learning the game. Outbreak gets old fast and will be gone from the game shortly and is unconfirmed as to whether it will return anytime soon.
Personally, I would look elsewhere for a Co-Op game. Is that possible?
